Before & After School Care

Important Information About Daily School Hours

Dear Madison Families,

We want to ensure all parents and guardians are aware of our daily schedule and campus availability for students.

  • Student Entry Begins: 6:30 AM
    Our doors open at 6:30 AM for early arrivals. Staff supervision begins at this time.

  • Breakfast Available: 7:15 AM – 7:55 AM
    All students are welcome to enjoy a nutritious breakfast in the cafeteria.

  • Transition to Class: 8:25 AM
    Students will begin moving to class at this time to prepare for the instructional day.

  • Dismissal: 4:30 PM
    The school day ends at 4:30 PM.

  • Campus Remains Open Until 5:30 PM
    For students who need extra time to wait for a ride, study, or participate in after-school activities, the campus will remain open with supervision until 5:30 PM.

We appreciate your support in ensuring students arrive on time, stay engaged throughout the day, and are picked up by 5:30 PM if they are not participating in structured after-school programs.
